About Us

St. Bartholomew Hands 2 Hearts is a community building and outreach ministry. It is led by our five person Board, but made up of and for everyone. Our primary purpose is to connect those that need help with those that can help. We bring people together to help others, be there for each other, and inject the love of God into our community. Our Mission Statement is as follows:

"Using God’s blessings, we will respond with love, selflessness, and generosity to the needs of our parishioners and the local community. We will create opportunities for those who are willing and able, to share their time, talents, and treasures, directly with God’s children who are in need. In need of food, in need of basic living supplies, in need of help around the house, in need of emotional, spiritual or physical support. In need of a friend. In need of love. Through these opportunities, we will excite families, adults, children, parish staff, school staff, and everyone we can about being together, helping each other, and working together to show God’s mercy to others and everyone!"
